Disclosure: Rose Law Group represents Saint Holdings as the landowner

A YouTube video and a phone call were all it took to get a large electric truck manufacturer to come to Pinal County.
Jackob Andersen, president and CEO of Saint Holdings, which has several shovel-ready sites in Pinal County, said he watched a YouTube video from Nikola Corporation about a zero-emission semi-truck the company is planning to produce. Nikola needed a home to build trucks and Andersen knew of just the spot: a 2,700-acre site in Coolidge.
In the end, Nikola did decide to locate in Coolidge, after discussions with the city of Buckeye stalled. One reason Pinal County is attractive to site selectors who help big companies find locations is because the county and the individual cities have shovel-ready sites and are actually excited to have the growth, said Tom Stringer, the site selector Andersen called.
