PHOENIX — The Arizona Supreme Court has denied a request to review a petition filed by plaintiffs in a lawsuit against developers of a private motorsports park in Maricopa.
A political action committee, known as Maricopa Citizens Protecting Taxpayers, appealed to the Supreme Court after the Arizona Court of Appeals ruled in favor of Private Motorsports Group and the city of Maricopa last week.
After reviewing the plaintiff’s petition, the Supreme Court decided Wednesday afternoon not to review the matter.
