News of Ryan Hurly’s return to Rose Law Group back in January has made its way into the pages of MJ Biz Magazine.
While away: Hurley was “general counter for Copper State Farms, one of the largest greenhouse cannabis producers in North America, where his responsibilities include compliance, contracting, HR, joint ventures, risk management, litigation strategy and special projects.”
The return trip: Now, back at Rose Law Group, Hurley chairs the firm’s cannabis department. “He is founding member of the National Cannabis, Industry Association, and played a critical part in the 2016 and 2020 initiatives to legalize recreational marijuana in Arizona.”
