Rose Law Group is representing former Senate President Russell Pearce in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals from an appeal from a decision in Pearce’s favor. The petitioner is contending that former Senator Pearce took unconstitutional action in 2011 when he banned the petitioner from the Senate building for two-weeks because he was identified as having engaged in disruptive behavior during a public hearing.
