Rose Law Group greatly appreciated the opportunity to present a session at this year’s virtual Arizona Planning Association conference! Adam Trenk, Partner and Director of Cannabis and Jennifer Hall, Senior Project Manager hosted a session this morning for Arizona land use planners/consultants providing them with a “crash course” in Prop 207 – Smart and Safe Arizona Act (Recreational Adult Use Marijuana) that will be on the November 3rd ballot.
Rose Law Group discussed what the initiative says and answered questions from land use planners statewide in order to prepare them for the new program, should it be passed by Arizona voters!
