Rose Law Group is making major moves with expansion of its family law department to meet increasing demand in one of the firm’s busiest practice areas.
The department has doubled its staff, bringing back a trusted attorney and introducing new talent to the team, Rose Law Group representatives tell the Digital Free Press.
After a brief hiatus, Audra Petrolle, a seasoned and compassionate family law attorney, returns to Rose Law Group.
Ms. Petrolle is known for her strong advocacy in family law matters, including premarital and postmarital agreements, dissolution, and post-decree issues.
“We are thrilled to welcome Audra back and to introduce Ashley to our team,” said Jordan Rose, founder and president of Rose Law Group. “This expansion not only reinforces our commitment to providing top-tier legal representation but also ensures that we can meet the growing needs of our clients with the highest level of service.”
Also joining the team as associate attorney is Ashley Hutton, a cum laude graduate of Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.
Ms. Hutton has focused her legal education on honing her skills in negotiation, mediation, and trial practice, making her a valuable addition to both the family law and litigation departments.
They join Aaric Siesco, a Phoenix native and Brophy College Prep alum, with a decade of dedicated client service to Rose Law Group.
Mr. Siesco’s practice also encompasses appeals of family law matters to the Arizona Court of Appeals.
“Joining Rose Law Group is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a team of outstanding professionals who are as dedicated to client service as I am,” Mr. Siesco said. “I look forward to contributing to the continued success of the family law department.”
The team is further strengthened by the addition of paralegal Laury Henderson who will work alongside current paralegal Amica Acritelli.
Ms. Acritelli is the lead family law paralegal at Rose Law Group and has been a steadfast presence in the department for two decades, bringing extensive experience in family law as well as probate, litigation, criminal, and appellate cases.
Kaine Fisher, partner and director of family law, echoed the enthusiasm for the new additions to the team.
“With such a versatile and talented team, we are re-energized and fully equipped to guide our clients through the delicate and critical matters that impact their families’ well-being,” Mr. Fisher said. “Each member of our team brings unique strengths that enhance our ability to provide comprehensive and compassionate legal services.”
