Phoenix Rising FC will soon have a new home to hang its cleats.
The club is moving from its stadium near Tempe to Gila River’s Wild Horse Pass in Chandler, the team announced Thursday.
Arizona Sports’ Jake Anderson first reported the move.
Rising’s first and current home in the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community was erected in 2017. Formerly known as the Phoenix Rising Soccer Complex, the club in 2019 signed a multi-year deal with Casino Arizona that included naming rights for the pitch located at McClintock Drive and the Loop 202.
The complex features 6,200 seats with luxury suites and a separate training field.
