Paige Kemper is an associate attorney with Rose Law Group. She is a passionate advocate at all stages of general civil litigation. Paige has appeared in a wide range of proceedings in State and Federal courts, advocating for clients in a diverse range of civil litigation including complex business litigation, breach of contract, commercial litigation, real property disputes, products liability, and equine litigation. Paige prioritizes client relationships and vehemently represents clients in all aspects of litigation, including written pleadings, pre-trial dispositive motions, oral arguments, written discovery, depositions, trial, and settlement negotiations. She is licensed to practice law in Arizona and Oklahoma.
Paige received her Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law, graduating summa cum laude. During her time at law school, she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Contract Law and Criminal Procedure. She also served as an academic fellow, teaching first-year law students pertinent legal principles in Civil Procedure and Contract Law.
Paige was born and raised in Gilbert, Arizona. In her free time, she enjoys walks with her dogs, exploring new restaurants in the Valley, and reading.
