Opportunity Zone legislation update

“In opportunity zone news Senator Booker and Scott plan to introduce legislation to push back the deadline for the 10-year deferral and the five and seven-year basis step-ups for the Opportunity Zones program by a year. Per Michael Novogradac this bill would have strong support.”
