Rose Law Group Adds Seasoned Attorney Kelly Mendoza to Expanding Family Law Practice
(SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.) – Rose Law Group, pc is pleased to announce the newest addition to its firm, Attorney Kelly Mendoza who brings an extensive background specializing in family law.

Kelly has a reputation for being a no-nonsense advocate for her clients. Mendoza graduated from Arizona State University College of Law, and holds extensive experience in domestic relations as a Phoenix divorce attorney. Before Mendoza began her practice in family law, she worked as a staff attorney for the Hawaii State Senate Minority Caucus, and opened her own law office in Hawaii.
Mendoza later moved back to Phoenix and opened the law office of Peralta & Associates, LLC before joining Rose Law Group. Other professional experience include work on two separate United States Supreme Court Briefs on the Merits, which has served as practical knowledge for her career in law. In addition to her extensive accomplishments, Mendoza also completed a yearlong study for an Honor’s thesis on parental alienation that was the first quantifiable study done on the subject. This would go on to be cited by the Canadian Department of Justice.

Outside of the office, Kelly spends her free time enjoying her daughter, reading and attending Dbacks games with friends.
