
Lily Drosos is a Planner and Project Manager at Rose Law Group, where she brings a strong background in both public and private sector planning. She has extensive experience processing a variety of entitlements including use permits, variances, rezoning cases, general plan amendments, and development plan reviews.
Prior to joining Rose Law Group, Lily worked for the City of Tempe’s Community Development Department, where she prepared staff reports, presented planning cases at public hearings, provided recommendations to boards and commissions. Lily worked closely with Tempe residents, designers, and applicants to navigate planning and zoning processes, ensure compliance with city regulations, and move their projects forward. She also participated in the City’s Design Review process, contributing to interdepartmental discussions on site planning, architecture, and urban design.
Earlier in her career, Lily worked on a variety of planning projects across multiple jurisdictions during her time at Gammage & Burnham, gaining valuable experience in zoning, entitlement research, and development review.
Lily holds a Master of Urban and Environmental Planning and a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning with a minor in Sustainability, all from Arizona State University. She is passionate about sustainable urban development and thoughtful city design.
She is also a proud member of the American Planning Association.
When Lily isn’t at the office, she is a DJ and music producer. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring nature, and traveling whenever she can.
