He discussed ownership of weapons governed by the National Firearms Act, gun trusts, ATF’s proposed action to reclassify commonly available SS109/M855 “green tip” ammunition as prohibited non-exempt armor-piercing ammunition, and ATF’s decision to reclassify dependent on actual use certain AR-type pistols equipped with pistol stabilizing braces as short barreled rifles regulated under the NFA.
