Dallas Ebola Victim’s Family Applauds Scottsdale’s Rose Law Group For Supporting Role in Representing Family With Today’s Hospital Settlement
SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA. NOVEMBER 12, 2014. The family of Thomas Eric Duncan, the first person to be diagnosed with Ebola in the United States and to die from the same disease at a Dallas hospital, saluted the efforts of Rose Law Group to help achieve the best possible outcome for the family, in a national press conference earlier today.
According to Josephus Weeks, nephew to Duncan, Jana Weltzin at the Scottsdale, Arizona-based law firm was referred to the family following its successful representation of several former National Football League players in a recent fraud claim against large financial institutions.
