(SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.) – Another noteworthy addition has been made to the largest woman-led law firm in Arizona’s history. Aaron Green, an experienced litigator and transactional attorney specializing in real estate disputes has recently joined the Scottsdale based Rose Law Group pc as part of the real estate transactions departments.
Green represents individuals and businesses involved in both commercial and residential real estate disputes and lawsuits, including matters related to contract disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, non-disclosure, title disputes, boundary and easement issues, quiet title and partition suits.
He also drafts and negotiates residential and commercial purchase contracts, residential and commercial leases, lease/option agreements, easements, shared well agreements, promissory notes/deeds of trust and other real estate contracts. Aaron’s experiences make him a valuable consultant and strategist to individuals and real estate professionals at all stages of a transaction or dispute.

Green is a well-known leader in the Arizona real estate community. He has represented the Arizona Association of REALTORS® (AAR) as a “Legal Hotline Attorney” where he provided real-time legal advice regarding real estate law, disputes, and risk management to designated brokers.
He is certified by the Arizona Department of Real Estate as a real estate course instructor and regularly teaches classes in agency, contracts, disclosure, and other subjects to real estate professionals for the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business. Green is the voluntary legal advisor to the Pinnacle Peak REALTOR® Marketing Session & Home Tour of the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS®.
