Don’t Miss Rose Law Group’s New Economy (Virtual) Power Lunch…FRIDAY at noon! Join Rose Law Group for another engaging conversation about Arizona’s economy and real estate market in the ongoing fight against COVID-19, especially now as businesses grapple with the potential for another wave of closures. We have once again curated a panel full of local all-stars from various industries including real estate development, real estate investment, general contracting and even the local art scene. They will provide insight into how their industries are pivoting in the post COVID-19 world to maximize opportunity. First on the panel is Rick West – the owner of Carefree Partners Investments, a top-notch real-estate investment and development company. Rick directly contributed to Microsoft’s expansion in Goodyear by selling them a huge swath of land for $48-million dollars. Rick’s company is also behind several other high-profile land deals around the state. Next, we will hear from Mike Kern – President of Communities Southwest, which is a diversified real estate investment and development firm. It primarily deals with residential land, both improved and unimproved in Arizona and the Southwestern part of the country. Mike manages a team of staff members in all aspects of land acquisition, entitlement, development, marketing and sales for Communities Southwest. Some examples of projects Mike has been responsible for managing are: Cooley Station in Gilbert, Avian Meadows, Carino Villas, and Avian Trails in Chandler, Circle Cross Ranch and Magic Ranch in Pinal County, Glennwilde Groves and Tortosa NE in Maricopa. Also joining this talented group is Gerd Wuestemann – President & CEO at Scottsdale Arts, which is one of the largest arts non-profits in Arizona. It’s comprised of the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts, Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art, Scottsdale Public Art and Scottsdale Arts Education & Outreach. Gerd is a world-class musician who started performing at a young age and has toured professionally. He’s also a skilled entrepreneur, with a track record of using his multi-faceted skillset to make differences in the art community. Rounding out our panel is, Katie Haydon Perry – Executive Vice President of Haydon Building Corp, one of the largest general contractors in the Southwest performing building, heavy civil and landscape construction. Katie actually grew up in construction as her dad started the Haydon company. She has been with Haydon for 10 years in various roles and seeks to empower those around her. Katie is very active in the community and is a member of Greater Phoenix Economic Council, Westmarc, Leadership West, Arizona Chapter of the Associated General Contractors, Arizona Builders Alliance, The Consul Corps of Arizona, Canada Arizona Builders Council, and Junior League of Phoenix.
Jordan Rose and Court Rich are beyond thrilled to be moderating this amazing panel and they miss interacting with people! So, grab some lunch as the Zoom meeting we have set up allows you to see everyone in “the room!”
