Briana Campbell is an ambitious associate with over seven years of litigation and transactional experience. Her litigation practice is dedicated to defending a wide variety of well-known corporations and manufacturers in complex commercial and business litigation, premises liability, construction defect, product liability, and insurance litigation matters. She has valuable experience taking cases from inception through trial and on appeals to state and federal courts.
Briana leverages the skills she obtained as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Robert M. Brutinel of the Arizona Supreme Court, particularly her prowess in legal writing and research, to defend her clients on the page and in the courtroom. She has a proven history of success resolving claims early in the litigation process through aggressive motion practice, skillful negotiation, and propounding targeted discovery aimed at specific strategic goals. Briana aims to put the needs of her clients’ businesses first and seek efficient, cost-effective resolution of any dispute.
Briana’s transactional practice is devoted to negotiating and drafting complex financial agreements for lenders and borrowers, performing title and survey review, and reviewing and negotiating agreements for real estate, technology, manufacturing, social media, construction, and consumer services companies. Briana believes her transactional and litigation practices inform one another and give her unique insight into the needs of any business.
Prior to joining Rose Law Group, Briana worked at national law firms defending Fortune 500 and Global 500 companies against an array of commercial and tort claims. Her practice included a particular focus on autonomous and other technologies. She regularly defended her clients against breach of contract, trade secrets, unfair competition, and other business torts as well as personal injury, product liability, medical malpractice, construction defect, and premises liability claims.
Briana received her juris doctorate from the University of Arizona’s James E. Rodgers College of Law where she graduated magna cum laude. She graduated cum laude with an undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Arizona. During law school, Briana served as the Managing Editor of the Arizona Journal of International & Comparative Law, received several awards for outstanding performance in legal writing and oral advocacy, and was a Moot Court Finalist.
In her free time, Briana enjoys spending time with her husband, Andy, her son Oliver, and their pit bull, Cali. She also enjoys cooking, baking, hiking, and other outdoor activities.
