Land Use and Zoning
Rose Law Group pc was established by Founder and President Jordan Rose as a land use and zoning law firm. During the last real estate “boom,” we believe Rose Law Group pc was likely the busiest land use and zoning practice in the U.S. representing approximately 90 percent of all represented cases in Pinal County, the fastest growing county in the country during that time. Jordan Rose was even dubbed by the Phoenix Business Journal as “Queen of Pinal County” (a title she intends to maintain). Today, the firm’s land use and zoning group continues to assist clients with zoning matters in cities and counties throughout Arizona.
Rose Law Group pc is a one stop real estate shop, able to process a land use/zoning/real estate project from due diligence and acquisition, through entitlements and project management. Rose Law Group pc is unique to the real estate market as we employ in-house experienced project managers, planners, neighborhood relations managers, LEED certified planners and construction managers in order to provide real estate clients with the very best advice. Our Project Management Department adds value to clients’ projects and makes our representation more effective and responsive to our clients’ business needs.
From assisting with pro-formas as a part of due diligence, to drafting master planned development applications, to coordinating due diligence exploration between attorneys and planners in a cost effective manner, Rose Law Group pc tries to make (or save) our development clients more money.
Over the last fifteen years, Rose Law Group pc has been fortunate to represent many of the nation’s premier homebuilders, commercial developers, local and national land developers, and clients from the multifamily, office, industrial, agricultural, and solar development sectors. Rose Law Group’s unique team members are creative and forward thinking; helping our clients to plan ahead to avoid issues and to quickly react in the face of any challenge.
Rose Law Group pc has had great success (and a lot of fun) representing clients in some of the most challenging and largest entitlement cases in Arizona. Rose Law Group pc loves to win. We manage difficult neighborhood challenges and complicated political issues with creativity and an unshakable will to get to “yes” and ensure our clients receive the approvals necessary to move their projects forward. Rose Law Group pc uses its experience and its close relationships with elected officials and local staff members around Arizona to achieve success in even the toughest land use cases.
