Dylan Vicha wanted to go above and beyond the U.S Centers for Disease Control guidelines for COVID-19 for his Scottsdale-based security company.
So, Vicha, who owns Windom Security, started working with HealthyVerify Certification on enhanced and best practices for his employees and the multifamily properties they work at as they traverse the COVID-19 landscape.
“I want to do more,” Vicha said of his efforts to do more on the health safety and social distancing fronts.
Windom Security has 101 employees (65 of them fulltime). They mostly provide security at apartment complexes.
HealthyVerify has helped the Arizona security company develop programs for health screenings of offsite employees, new procedures for security personnel use of company vehicles and creating new kits for employees including extra masks and protective gear.

Visha said HealthyVerify is helping his security company understand and adjust to changing COVID-19 rules and recommendations. “It’s always evolving,” he said of the COVID rules and landscape.
HealthyVerify has been working with the City of Goodyear (including its spring training facilities for the Cleveland Indians and Cincinnati Reds), national real estate firm Offerpad, the Avondale Elementary School District and the Phoenix Rising soccer team among others.
Vicha said he was looking for some expert help with navigating COVID-19 and developing best practices and he came across HealthyVerify’s work with Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona and its retail stores.
“We wanted to go above and beyond,” Vicha said of the CDC guidelines. ”That is why we went to HealthyVerify.”
