Samantha DeMoss
Samantha practices in the area of land use and zoning law.
She has experience with rezoning, variances, use permits, due diligence, public meetings, renewable energy land use, marijuana land use, and easements.
She is a member of the American Planning Association and the Arizona Chapter of the Urban Land Institute.
Samantha graduated from Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law where she was selected as a scholar for the Center for Law, Science, and Innovation. Prior to attending law school, she graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Urban Planning, with a minor in real estate and geographic information systems. Samantha has also served as the Vice President of the Upsilon Rho Beta Urban Planning Honors Society at Arizona State University, an urban planning research assistant for the National Science Foundation, and the Executive Director of a non-profit promoting media literacy in Arizona. She is a Arizona native, raised in Prescott and Scottsdale, Arizona.
