At Rose Law Group it all starts with the team name on the door. When you hire any of the attorneys, planners or project managers at Rose Law Group you get the whole team. In fact, our group approach sprouted from our recognition that development clients would substantially benefit from having the resources to take their projects from an idea all the way through construction management. We are the first law group in the nation to offer this “one stop shop” for real estate projects. We can take a project from transactional real estate due diligence, through a pro-forma to see if it is viable, test various site plans, through the business formation, contract negotiation and drafting, entitlement/rezoning processes, onto platting and through to construction management in any form. Because we are located in various markets, we can provide our clients, with land holdings in many places, consistent, reliable service. Because we can project manage with or without a client’s internal project managers, we can help keep the project more cost effective and coordinated, from inception to completion.
