Mr. Labadie received his B.S. in Urban Planning from Arizona State University and is well known among municipalities for producing some of the most creative zoning and land use presentations and for extensive public participation work from neighborhood meetings to discussions in neighbors’ living rooms to create successful projects for our clients as well as the Counties and Cities in Arizona.
Nick also specializes in environmental consulting for businesses, various jurisdictions, and homeowners for LEED Certification, environmental impact assessments, and many other methods of helping clients move towards greater environmental responsibility without hurting the bottom line. He is the Co-founder of and sits on the Board of the Phoenix Chapter of Engineers Without Borders and is the current president of the Mountain Region of Engineers Without Borders USA an organization he has been very involved with since 2004. He is a member of the Arizona Planning Association and American Planning Association, US Green Building Council, Planners Network, And the Urban Land Institute.
Nick’s experience is diverse and includes projects such as area transportation studies, multiple master planned communities, a West Phoenix redevelopment study, Downtown Glendale redevelopment, a video documentary addressing homelessness in the Phoenix Valley, and environmental consulting on projects in Arizona, California, and Virginia.
