Kelley A. Gorry’s practice focuses primarily on land use, zoning, and real property tax valuation appeals in Arizona and Idaho. Ms. Gorry has been involved in numerous master planned community and commercial Comprehensive and General Plan amendments, rezonings and plat approvals. She has a strong background in property law, zoning ordinance and subdivision regulation. Ms. Gorry’s work also includes negotiation of agreements for property owners with service providers and school districts. In addition, Ms. Gorry has handled hundreds of real property tax valuation appeals for private owners and large businesses seeking to lower primary and secondary real property taxes. Ms. Gorry also handles dealings with the Arizona Dept of Real Estate, ranging from approvals to appeals.

Prior to joining Rose Law Group pc, Ms. Gorry focused her practice in municipal, tax and school district law with a prominent firm in Columbus, Ohio, where she served as Assistant City and Village Law Director to several municipalities in the Columbus area. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Arizona State University in 2002 and her J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law, in Dayton, Ohio in 2005. Ms. Gorry is licensed to practice in Arizona, Idaho and Ohio.
