CHRIS CLONTS comes to Rose Law Group as a Project Manager & Human Resources Consultant with an incredibly strong background. In his previous role, Chris held the title of Director of Planning and Development for Pulte Homes/The Communities of Del Webb. In this role he was a member of the Operating Committee responsible for the development of 1,000+ homes per year, managing land budgets of nearly $300 million. Prior to that Chris worked in everything from construction superintendent to forward planning manager for KB Home. Rose Law Group is thrilled to have Chris as a member of the team to serve clients in the areas of project management, including expediting of permits, budgeting, managing consultants, tracking, scheduling, plan review, construction management, SWPPP and Dust Control Requirements, and land use entitlement issues. With his HR hat on, Chris also assists employers with their everyday personnel issues - from proper documentation to background checks to internal investigations.
