Benjamin Maresca is a Senior Planner with Rose Law Group known for his ability to find creative answers to complicated land use questions. He is a certified member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and as part of Rose Law Group he coordinates the preparation of planning documents and directs community relations. He is also very active in long-range planning throughout Arizona, working closely with Pinal County, Buckeye, Eloy, Florence and Marana during their General/Comprehensive Plan Update Processes.
Mr. Maresca is a former Planner for the City of Avondale, Arizona, where he obtained first-hand experience drafting municipal codes and ordinances. As a planner in Iowa, he aided numerous small communities through the codification process and assisted in updating land use ordinances. He is a graduate of Iowa State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Community and Regional Planning. He is a member of the Valley Partnership, Central Arizona Partnership, American Institute of Certified Planners, American Planning Association and the Arizona Planning Association.
