Laura A. Bianchi Co-Chairs RLG’s Estate Planning and Asset Protection Department and concentrates her practice on traditional estate, special needs, and business succession planning, asset protection and guardianship/conservatorship law. Laura is dedicated to ensuring that every person have a complete and effective estate plan in place, which protects their future, the future of their loved ones, and meets each of their individualized personal and professional needs.
Laura knows from personal experience, it is essential that loved ones and caretakers of individuals with special needs have access to the necessary information, knowledge, and available benefits and resources. She provides assistance, education, information, and guidance to clients through private consultations, presentations, education classes, and small group discussions.
Laura is an active member of the Brain Injury Association of Arizona, the State Bar Association of Arizona, and the Arizona Women Lawyer Association. She also serves as Vice President of the North Scottsdale Chapter of LeTip International, a nation-wide networking organization. Laura donates her time and estate planning services to a wide variety of charitable organizations and businesses dedicated to serving and assisting individuals with special needs, the elderly, and those with traumatic brain injuries.
Laura earned her Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School and received a Bachelor of the Arts Degree in Political Science, with a language emphasis in American Sign Language, from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
