At Rose Law Group pc our attorneys, planners and project managers are constantly involved with acquiring State-owned land for purchase, lease or easement. As a result, we have more experience in working with the Arizona State Land Department on large development projects than any firm in Arizona.
Some of our current and recent State land projects include:
- the largest development to ever partner on a State land project – the Lost Dutchman Heights
- the second largest private partnership project – Red Rock Master Plan
In addition we have assisted in counseling interested parties and engineers/planners on the processes and procedures for State land acquisitions and options. Our intensive experience has resulted in decreased the average time frames for these transactions with the Department and as a beneficial byproduct our staff has developed excellent relationships with agency counterparts.
