Although unique in many ways, Rose Law Group pc is set apart from all other land use law firms in that it offers the services of skilled planners who can manage the development planning process from start to finish, an efficiency that is reflected in the project bottom line. These planners research and gather the relevant data and produce the project documents to fully explain and illustrate how the project will meet or exceed the regulatory goals while preserving the original vision for the project. Typical components of the process that we handle include land uses, acreages, circulation elements, development standards, amenities, and conceptual renderings of the completed project that form the basis for the applications, general plan, comprehensive plan, and zoning submittal packets.
A real estate development is of course complicated and varied but with our experienced planners we have the ability to simplify it and relieve our clients of the worry in the details. The planner can also coordinate with any necessary additional consultants thus saving our clients the time, hassle, and cost of trying to bring various consultants together onto the same page, literally and physically.
