Infrastructure Utility & Floodplain Issues

Rose Law Group pc has dealt successfully with major regional infrastructure issues including placing and financing freeway alignments, creation and documentation of large floodplain solutions, working with the Army Corp of Engineers 404, EPA on 401 issues, processing and negotiating waste water treatment facilities, and obtaining 208’s and CC&N’s.

Partner Mike Smalley is a tax expert who has developed some very innovative strategies to finance roadways. Mr. Smalley is leading the State in his efforts to fund regional transportation structures.  Partner Court Rich has developed some unique legal strategies for dealing with floodplain issues.
